Terms of Service

The rules for using Wipe Me Down Dance AI: credits and subscriptions, acceptable use, what you own, and what an AI-generated dance video does not represent.

Last updated: 2026-10-12

Who we are

Wipe Me Down Dance AI (wipemedowndanceai.video) is an independent, self-serve AI video generator. You bring a photo or a written description; we send it to a third-party video model and return the resulting clip to you. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Foxx, Lil Boosie, Webbie, Trill Entertainment or any other rights holder in the 2007 record "Wipe Me Down", and it does not reproduce that or any other recorded video.

Questions about these terms: support@wipemedowndanceai.video.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

What the service does

The studio generates short vertical video clips. Two input modes are supported:

  • Photo to video — one image (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB) becomes the reference for the subject of the clip.
  • Text to video — a written description of at least 10 and at most 2,000 characters generates the clip with no image input.

Every clip is produced by ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 model, standard tier, served through kie.ai. The provider range is 4 to 15 seconds; the studio offers 5, 8, 10 and 12 second lengths, 480p, 720p and 1080p resolutions, and 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 frames. Generated video is produced by a probabilistic model: two renders from the same input can differ, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly at support@wipemedowndanceai.video if you suspect unauthorised access. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • Upload a photo of another person without their consent, or upload a photo of a child without the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Create sexual content, content that sexualises minors in any way, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Create content that harasses, defames, threatens or incites violence against anyone, or that is hateful on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation.
  • Impersonate a real person, or present a generated clip as a real recording of a real person, event or performance.
  • Present a generated clip as the original viral video behind the Wipe Me Down trend, or as somebody else's footage.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, including by uploading material you do not have the right to use.
  • Bypass, farm or resell credits without our written permission, create multiple accounts to harvest free grants, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.
  • Probe, scan or breach our systems, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Break any law that applies to you, including platform rules where you publish the result.

We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits on a closed account for a serious breach are not refunded.

AI output and what it represents

Clips are synthetic. They are generated performances, not recordings, and the movement is not copied frame by frame from any existing clip. You are responsible for reviewing each output before you publish it and for captioning it honestly. Publishing an AI dance clip without making clear that it is AI-generated may breach the rules of the platform you post to, and it is your responsibility to comply with those rules, including any disclosure requirement. Do not use the service to make it appear that a real, identifiable person did something they did not do.

Credits, prices and billing

Access to rendering is sold as credits.

  • The default render is Standard · 720p · 12s and costs 10 credits. 480p costs 5 credits at the same length and 1080p costs 60. Longer clips scale linearly from the twelve-second table and are rounded up to a whole credit.
  • Credits are granted through subscription plans, one-time packs, the Google first sign-in grant, and the daily check-in sequence. The exact prices, credit counts and validity rules are shown on the pricing page and in the credit table.
  • One-time pack credits do not expire. Credits granted by a monthly subscription are valid for that billing month; credits granted by a yearly subscription are valid for that billing year.
  • The cost of a render is displayed before the render starts and is deducted at that point.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not remove credits already granted in a period you have paid for, and it does not affect credits you hold from other sources.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you. We may change prices for future billing periods; existing subscriptions are told about a change before it takes effect.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not a security or a deposit, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged except as we expressly allow.
  • If a render fails, the credits are returned automatically, in full, to the balance they came from. Refund rules for money, rather than credits, are in the refund policy.

What you own, and what we own

You keep the rights you hold in the photo and the text you submit, and you receive the rights we can grant in the clips generated on your account — you may use, edit and publish them, including commercially. Two limits always apply: you must have the right to the input you upload, and you must not misrepresent the output as something it is not, as described above.

We own the site, its code, its design, its copy and the Wipe Me Down Dance AI name. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you. Processing your input also depends on the model provider's own terms, which flow through to your use of the output.

Third-party services

Rendering is performed by kie.ai, which also hosts the photo you upload and the finished video on its own CDN; your prompt and your photo are screened by seeapi before each render; payments are handled by Stripe and Yito Pay; and the application and database run on Cloudflare. Outages, degradation or errors in those services can interrupt rendering or checkout. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them through us is also governed by their terms.

Availability and changes

We do not promise any uptime level. Features, model versions, resolutions, lengths and prices may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance. If we discontinue a paid feature you are using, we will tell you and, where reasonable, credit the unused value back as credits.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings, which removes our records of your renders and stops future renewals. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or that exposes us or other users to legal risk. Where we close an account for a reason other than a breach, unused one-time pack credits are refunded on request.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost reach, lost audience or lost content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of a generated clip, or your breach of these terms — including claims brought by a person whose photo you uploaded without consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@wipemedowndanceai.video so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notice in the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
